Cable Current Lead System (on C-profile)

The cable support system on C-profile is designed for both power supply to mobile consumers and control signal to actuators. The system can be designed for using flat or round cables of various cross-sections. The supporting C-profile of various cross-sections (from 30 mm to 63 mm) is designed for cable loads from 40 to 500 kg. All system components are made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials to increase the reliability of equipment operation in dusty, humid, cold or hot environments. The operating temperature range of the systems is from -40ºС to +70ºС.

At the customer's request, the system can be supplied assembled with a cable.

The above scheme shows an example of application of the system on the C-profile with a flat cable suspension to the movable lifting mechanism of the crane (electric hoist). One or more round cables can also be used to supply and control complex mechanisms (cargo trolleys of electric cranes).

If necessary, it is possible to implement a control signal diversion from the pendant control panel of the crane with the function of moving the panel independently of the actuator (electric hoist, cargo trolley).
